The breakdown of tradition, family, and the evolution of the economy are not independent occurrences but are deeply intertwined, each shaping and being shaped by the other.

It is no coincidence that the average job tenure kept decreasing, and the average relationship followed suit. The dynamics are the same.

Societal pressure to improve one's salary and career prospects has led to a shift toward looking externally and forsaking loyalty to one's employer. This shift, evident even in contractual agreements, has permeated professionally and personally, emphasising short-term gains over long-term faithfulness.

Many Millennials' parents held the same job for decades, so it is hard for them to understand how someone can switch to three different companies in a decade. As finance has become more dynamic and currencies are unpegged to a store of value, the structure of family creation has slowly been undermined, where tradconism is the rescue raft that believes it is the Titanic.

Sexual Liberation was the bait to entice both sexes to enter the whole free market of selling labour and sexuality, so they would not be burdened by old-school restrictions that ring-fenced the interactions between sexes and provided the structure to make men and women valued members of society, through family making.

As with the economy, short-term gains and immediate gratification took over the long-term prospects. Now, the monetary value of most individuals is decreasing at a constant but higher rate than the 2% Fed Target and will follow the same path as the dollar, losing 95%+ of its value in the space of a century.
